I am writing this letter with regard to inquire/complaint the non-receipt of my purchase order that exceeded the promised delivery period I placed through your website quite a few days ago.
To elaborate the same, my purchase order number is ABC1234GJ, Dated 14th June 2020. The order contains an Aptitude test and Logical reasoning book, by renowned author Shakuntala devi, along with a DVD for the visual aided solved problems of mathematics.
As I booked it to improve my performance in the upcoming competitive exam two months later and to excel in the areas of real struggle, which will be of a great deal to secure my place on the university campus interview and consequently landing a fine job for my better future prospect.
However, I am greatly disappointed with your delivery services as the order is yet to be received, already due from 15 days, and there is no specific reason updated on site as well for this unacceptable delay. As I already mentioned how important for me to receive this book as early as possible, kindly look into the matter with the most critical priority and arrange to send it within 2 days, or full refund, or else I will have to lodge a grievance at the customer care services in strict words which may degrade the value of your business.
