Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to request you about closing of the cafeteria. My name is shivani and I work in document department. Some of our staff members using this facilities on regular basis. The cafeteria is nice place to hangouts with colleague for lunch and tea break. Few members are required tea or coffee every day, through this they feel refresh and work more effectively. Older staff members are prefer to taking lunch on desks. Our company cafeteria has few problem which has to rectified. There are many instrument which are not working, They have only one oven and coffee machine. Due to this people have to wait a long time, simetationaly it can affect their work also. If cafeteria is closed, there will be no place for the workers to sit and have their meal. If Our company authority improve the facility of cafeteria then problem could be solved. They have to provide new advanced instruments like microwave, Coffee machine, reheat machine, then cafe will become cheerful place and majority employees would start to using cafe facilities.
