Dear Sir/Madam This letter has been written to seek your assistance for a leave of my child studying in 4th grade. On 5th August, there will be a family function at our home. It is Ria's grandparent's 50th wedding anniversary. So on this golden jubilee occasion, the grand party will be organized at Mehsana Resort for a full day. So all the family members will leave Ahmedabad on the 5th morning and return at late night. Though it is working day and Ria has a school for that day, nobody from the home will be able to drop and pick her for school. Moreover, she is also excited about this party and she will be going to perform a surprise dance and a drama for her grandparents. She is so much attached to them, so she is eagerly waiting for this day. I will make sure that, whatever the lessons will teach in school, I will try my best to cover by her. She will borrow her friend Shama's book and make a copy from it and whatever be the task of that day, she will do it by the next day.
