you work at home and have a problem with piece of equipment that you use for your job

Dear sir, My name is Saarthi Pandey a former employee at your company at a designation of machine operator. I would like to complain regarding the new drill bit which we purchased from xyz company. The tool doesn’t meet satisfactorily to our requirements and need to be grinded often. With this problem there are number of consequences associated for example the productivity of machine is degrading, idle time is increasing, fatigue is caused to be alert on both machineries. All in all, the number of rejections for the product is affecting the quality and reputation of company. I tried to randomly select the lot of drill bits provided by vendor but still results are same. So, it’s my humble request if you can change the supplier or perform the drilling operation on the semi-automatic controlled machine. I reported to our floor manager but it seems like he is busy as bees, and informed me to write a letter regarding the issue I am facing.
