Dear Mr Tom, I am writing to make a complaint about the new tenants that have just arrived in front of my apartment. They are a group of three men and not all of them are causing problems but only one person is arriving at a late time every night and he is speaking loudly while he is near to my apartment. Moreover, he is smoking cigarettes in the corridor and I can smell the nicotine in my nose. Let me explain my situation in more details. My wife now is suffering from breathing problems and we went to a consultant doctor and he said that she should be aware of being in a closed area with smoke or else she will have a chronic disease, besides I cannot sleep properly and sleep at late times and as a result of that I am going to my work late every day so my manager started to get mad at me and that affects my work actually. Thus, I would like to request you to talk to the tenants at this apartment in order to stop what they are doing or else you have to take an action by letting them out of the apartment and find decent people to have a healthy environment.
