Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Kate and I am working as a Software Engineer in Adaptavist Sdn Bhd. I lived alone by myself in a 3 room apartment nearby your university. I’m writing this letter to you because I would like to rent out 1 of my available rooms to the university students. My apartment is located 1 block away from the university. The resident is a walking distance from the university. There is also a nearby train station which connects to the city and a nearby shopping mall. This enables easy access for the student to get groceries and other necessities. The resident is ready to move in as it is fully furnished which includes a single bed for each room, study table and built-in wardrobe.
