Dear Sir/Mam I am writing this letter to rectify the problem encountered after I purchased a refrigerator from your showroom. I have purchased a refrigerator of Kogan last week from your showroom situated in the city. Firstly I enquired about a 545 L refrigerator and your representative John has confirm me the availability of Kogan 545 L refrigerator last week but instead of 545 L they have delivered me 500 L Kogan refrigerator which was not obviously my requirement. Apart from this I have been told that I need not have to pay for delivery charges but here again I have been misguided by your representative and I have paid the delivery charges of 100 dollars. Why there are so much communication gaps? Since I am your regular and one of the trusted customer, I would request you to kindly look into the matter and also request you to kindly replace my refrigerator and refund my delivery charges.
