Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to inform you about my dissatisfaction with my current room and to request for another accommodation. My roommate and I currently reside in a sharing room with one common working area. This is inconvenient for us, as we have different preferences when it comes to studying methods. It is quite challenging to focus on my studies and tasks with one common area available for both our use. I prefer to recite things out loudly as it helps me memorize, but my roommate dislikes that approach and prefers to study quietly. Moreover, she hosts small gatherings in our room almost twice a week. I prefer not to do so as it can get very loud and noisy. I would be delighted if you could kindly transfer me to a private room for the semester to allow me to better focus on my studies and essays. If there are any additional costs required, I have no problem in paying them. I look forward to your soonest action. Yours faithfully, Mrs. J. Azem
