Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter with reference to the accomodation facility that i have signed up for in college. I am sharing room with a fellow student, however there are certain irregularities with the arrangements that i would like to discuss with you. I am a diploma student which means my stay in college is only for 3 months, this is the reason why i choose to have a room on sharing and a small room in the corner of the building, my study schedule is demanding and i stay awake all night to complete my assignments and sleep during the evening time as i have classes in morning. There is construction work going on in the backyard, which causes disturbance and consequently i am unable to focus on my studies due to lack of sleep Moreover the windows of the room are broken. After the storm last night the room was a mess, everything was drained. All these problems are because, the room is in the corner of the buidling. Hence I request you to please change my room considering my situation. I would prefer a room on the second floor as most of the rooms are vacant there so its a quiet space to focus on my studies. I hope you consider my concerns and change my room as soon as possible. Best regards, Smith
