You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to study/work.

Dear Sir or Madam I am writing to let you know that I am unhappy with my current living conditions. However, Accommodation it self is fine. My roommate creates extremely noisy which makes it impossible to work for me. Hope you will consider my situation favorably. Let me explain my situation. While problem started when my roommate moved before 3 months in sharing accommodation. prior to that everything was fine, my previous roommate was nice and quiet. My current roommate plays loud music almost all night. He invites some of his friends for a party and they doing a party every week. Because of that I cannot sleep properly and concentrate on my study. Would you kindly transfer me or my housemate to another room? I would prefer someone who is quiet and respect everyone's privacy.
