Dear Sir, I am writing this epistle in regards to make arrangements by your hotel. Here, I would like to tell you that I and my family members choose your hotel for spending the weekend vacations. Our arriving date is 7th February and the time of our arrival is nearabout 10am. We will stay in your motel for two days consequently, we will leave you guest house in 9th February. As, I would like to tell you that I want two luxurious rooms with attached and hygiene washrooms. Moreover, I would also like to take the television amenity for entertainment the children as well as I would like to take those rooms which has pictureseque views from the windows of the rooms. Furthermore, let me know about the price of each room because one of my friend told me that your guest house provides discount facility on weekends. I would also like to obtain some information about the acitivites which will be provided by your hotel such as swimming, gaming and many more. Apart from this, please let me know about the intersting places near you hotel which have high tourist attractions. I hope we would enjoy our weekend at your motel.
