You have recently had a bad experience with Skylark Travels on a sight-seeing tour package of 15 days. Write to the travel company

Dear Sir/Madam, I feel recently unhappy to be writing to complain about the recent Singapore holidays tour I had with my family through your company. I had decided to be on your 15-day Singapore sight-seeing tour starting from 17th October only after being in a long consultation with your Tour Operations Manager who had claimed highly on your behalf, but it did not turn out the way it was promised to be. First of all, the hotel provided to us was below three-star level. To add to the discomfort, the seats in the tour bus had small and uncomfortable seats, which really made it very difficult for us to concentrate on sight-seeing. Moreover, some of the spots mentioned in the itinerary were left out from route. It was highly unexpected to receive this kind of service from a company of your standard. I find it dishonest and unacceptable that your company sold us a tour which did not fulfill the claims made. I hearby claims a 50% refund of the tour charges paid by me and expect your future tour packages to be much more better. Your faithfully, Riya Shah
