Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you about the difficult situation that I am faced due to the sharing arrangement of my college room.
I share room 702 at South college building with my roommate Daniel Frances. I am so sorry to let you know that I have been undergoing very uncomfortable circumstances since he moved in last summer. We have very incompatible individual behaviors and I find it very hard to adjust to some of his routines.
Firstly he is mostly actively during the night time of the day whereas I am completely the opposite. I work and study during the daytime and get to bed early as possible. Therefore I find it very hard to sleep while he moves around making calls and singing to himself in a loud voice. Secondly he does not follow the cleaning procedures as advised by the management. I have noticed that days old food scraps lying around his section of the room making the room smell very unpleasant. Making it worse he smokes inside the room while I am out for my work or lectures and I find ash remaining on top of furniture in the living area of the room. I have talked to him and explained a couple of times however I have not seen any improvement in his behavior.
Therefore as the last resort I am informing you hoping you will understand my concerns and suggest an immediate resolution for it. I would prefer a single room where I would not have to share even if I have to take one transfer to the college.
Yours sincerely,
Nis Kaushalya
