Dear Sir/Madam, I have received your letter regarding the inconvenience that you are encountering in late evenings due to the noise from my flat. Let me explain the situation. The roof ceiling in my bedroom is having cracks and there is water leakage when it rains. So I was in a situation to fix it as early as possible and I requested the workers to carry on with the concrete demolition and replacement until 8pm everyday. I understand this is creating lot of noise which is frustrating for all of you especially for those who are staying with little ones. I strongly apologise for the inconvenience caused. Going forward, I will ensure to end up daily renovation work before 6pm. Also no work will be done during Sunday's. This is expected to be completed by next week.
