I am writing this letter to you to report problems with shifting request 123456.
We have used your company service to shift our household things from Mumbai to Hyderabad on 01-January-2021.
Shipment contains 70 cartons filled with all our items such as utensils, books, curtains and shoes.
In addition to this, There are couple of fragile products such as LCD TV, chandelier and bike were also part of the shipment.
However, I am extremely disappointed to inform you that television and chandelier are not functional and They were damaged during the transport. When we had opened the television, It all looked fine but when we switched on, images are not visible and found visibly broken television screen. When comes to Chandelier, few of the light winds are not working due to missing wires.
I would request you to refund these damages as they are very costly.
