Dear Mr. Smith, I am vikas, and writing this letter to express my seer annoyance towards the hurdles I have been facing for two years since my neighbours are totally annoying. Well I live in the apartment 5B at top floor. Everything is quite there; however, Mr. Arora, my neighbour is a disturbing person. Most of the time he likes to play music on home theatre loudly and some times he himself sing. The decibel of sound is always high and it’s totally unbearable. Moreover, professionally I am teacher, and these days I have to take digital classes since covid pandemic is prevailing. Because of hight pitch of music I am unable to take classes. Furthermore, my mother is sick and she needs rest but these irritating sounds wouldn’t allow to. To cure this, I request you to talk to him about this and direct him to lower the sound upto their walls. Else I allow me to shift in another apartment. Hope for an impartial decision and I am waiting for your prompt decision. Sincerely, Vikas
