Dear Mr Bing, I am writing this letter as a feedback on the cookery classes I attended last month from 1st March to 1 April 2021. I truly enjoyed the course and definitely want to thank you and give some honest feedback about the sessions. There were multiple dishes which were taught in the session from Appetizers to Main course, everything was new and interesting. The workshops which included preparation of Italian dishes, was the one which I personally enjoyed the most. Moreover, it included the exotic herbs and cheese in preparing sauces for the dish was breathtaking. I always wanted to eat it while cooking because it looked so scrumptious. It is all because you have always been helpful and let me do everything on my own under your guidance. This is the reason I could learn cooking so easily and rapidly. You will be glad to know that after the course completion, I cook daily for my family and everybody appreciates the food. Especially, they find the Green Thai curry with Brown rice, very healthy and delicious, and ask me to cook it every weekend. Besides this, I think you must start a course on the desserts making in the school. This will be helpful for students who have already completed the first course that is Main Dish Course or who are just interested in making desserts. I will be the first student to join this class. I trust this feedback and suggestions will be helpful. Yours sincerely, Nancy Brown.
