I am Anjali, a regular passenger in the Volvo bus. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer care service I received from your company.
Two days back, I lost my brand new phone in the bus. It is an Apple iphone 11. It is black in colour and has 5. 6” LED display. Its worth is about INR 65, 000. I have kept my important documents in it. So, it is crucial for me to find it.
The day I lost my phone, I called your company’s customer care executive to explain the issue. At first, the executive did not take my problem seriously and he put my call on hold for 45 minutes. Then, he promised me for a call back in half an hour. Thereafter, I did not receive any calls from the company till now. Now, I am expecting a suitable action from you. Kindly investigate in the matter at the earliest. My phone is not only expensive but also contains some vital information.
