Dear Sir or Madam, I had taken a flight to London from New York having flight number XYZ78 with your airlines last week. Unfortunately due to the flight being delayed during the landing time, I had to rush for a meeting. Due to all of this rush I forgot and left my bag in the aircraft. I realised this when I reached my hotel. The bag I forgot was a black colour laptop bag. It was about 20 inches by 10 inches in lenght. The bag had two zipped pockets in fornt side and was of Samsonite brand. It contained my work laptop, laptop charger, office dairy and pen. I would like you to check with the aircraft crew and security personal and find the bag as it has some of my important documents. Also, let me know how and when can I come and collect it from you.
