Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to let you know that I left my immigration documents in your hotel yesterday morning. As you know there was a meeting in the lobby of the hotel yesterday at 10: 30 AM. I think I left them on the red chair next to reception desk because I had to move my car between the meeting and forgot to take them. Those documents are very important for me and I have to give them to the embassy of Canada today before 3: 00 PM. My request is that you find my immigration documents and send them to me. Could you please follow up on my case as soon as possible. Thank you so much in advance. Yours sincerely, Kiarash Fadavi
