Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to complain about the recent trip which I booked with your company. It was so unsatisfactory for me. As I did not get that what your agency promised me during booking time. Almost a few weeks ago when I did booking with your agency one of the employers told me that the Hotel which they are providing is including 2 meals per day and some recreational activities. I was so happy that, but when I just visited that hotel I found that they are charging for recreational activities which made me upset that time because I was thinking everything is included in this booking. Even the hotel was not looking at all similar as it is on the website. On the website, it is written that one large with perfect furniture and balcony. However, it seems everything was the opposite in reality like a small room with one bed and no balcony. I just request you to update the website and please clear mention hotels and their facilities.
