Dear Sir, I am writing this latter because I am unsatisfied with the meal. I was organized my child’s birthday dinner party in your Captown restaurant. I was organized dinner party on 29th January 2021. I already discussed with your manager that I need 50% Jain food & 50% regular food. And also specify that it is a children’s party so make sure that all food are testy but not so spicy. But I do not received meal service as per my order. You provided very less Jain food. So that my child’s friends are not get the enough food. And you provided very spicy food so that it also not suit to children. Because of this my family & children does not enjoy that dinner party. I want that you refund my money because you do not prepare meal as per my order. Put some responsible person at manager level. Hoping for your positive response. Yours faithfully, Disha Mirani
