Dear sir, I am writing this letter to request you to reconsider the decision of closing cafeteria. My name is Jobanjeet Singh and I am working in your company from last year. There are many reasons of low usage of cafeteria in last few years. First and foremost, going cafeteria is not cheap these days because price of everything is getting high. Secondly, there are not much facilities to relax such as television and radio. Moreover, homemade food is preferred by our staff. Cafeteria is better place to relax in your time as you soak tonnes of pressure while working. Even though, there are phones and internet available to everybody while, others prefer to sit in cafe and have breakfast. Once, café closed permanently the anxiety level will go up in some staff members. We can make some changes as I have some ideas. We can offer some healthy homemade food in our menu at lowest prices which makes our staff come to eat here. we can add a TV and radio so that they can have fun as well.
