Dear Sir,
I am writing to you with respect to multiple problems, appeared suddenly - in a few hours of usage, in your “Sony 65 inches 4K Full HD LED” television which I bought from your shop, located at Emporium Mall Lahore, last weekend – February 19, 2020.
Surprisingly, a bold line has started to appear on the left side of the screen from top to bottom which splits the display in two portions. Moreover, one of the speakers is not working either and the pitch of the volume has decreased significantly. Realistically, it is extremely shocking for me that a shop of your stature is providing such substandard products.
Now, you are rerquested to replace this TV with the new one on immediate basis owing to the fact that it is under 3 years of replacement warranty and you are expected to pick the old one and drop the new TV from my home without charging me any kind of delivery fee.
Looking forward to your usual cooperation in the matter on priority.
