Dear sir, I am writing this letter to complain about the problems which I faced because of inaccurate details that was provided at your tourist information center. My name is Neeru Gill and I was on a five days trip to Delhi from 15th to 20th April 2021. I wanted to know the prevalent sightseeing available there. Your staff told me about the Taj Mahal, Krishna temple, the jagamoha place, which has a museum. I asked them specially that there are any special timing or days to visit these places. I was told that these locations are open to tourists every single day. I also asked about some economical places to stay and they told me Golden Hotel is the cheapest and the best. I reached delhi 15th of April with my family in the afternoon then we arrived Golden Hotel and asked the price. The manager of Hotel told us 800 rupees per night that was extremely high for us. Moreover, when we went see the museum on Saturday the 16 of the April. We were told that museum is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Furthermore, when we went to see the Taj Mahal workers of Taj Mahal told us that Taj Mahal open merely Friday for public. My family and I felt miserable and inconvenience and we could not see anything there except Krishna temple due to inappropriate guidance. Please look into the matter and take a action against your staff members so that other tourists are not misguided in the future. Yours faithfully, Neeru Gill
