I am writing to complain about your hotel where I spent my holiday.
One of the main reasons for complaining is about your brochure. In your brochure you mantiined that all the apartments had bathrooms. The problem was that the sink tap of the bath was not working. So I could not wash my head, since water was too cold. Moreover, the brochure claimed that there was an air-coditioner, but only cool weather was available.
In addition, the brochure written that the hotel was a bit high. There were only four floors and also there was a lift. I did not know its reason but it was out of order. That is way I had to use the stairs to go up to room situated on the fourth floor. I have such problems with my health one of my feet was broken otherwise I did not complainn like this.
I think it id clear that your brochure was misleading. As a result, I would like a partial refund because that was the worst holiday I had ever had. I lok forward to receiving a prompt reply.
