Dear Mr. Moore,
I am a tenant of your flat number 152 in urban estate, writing to inform you about my neighbours who are causing a lot of disturbance (inconvenience) for us to live.
My neighbours have two children who are 15 and 18 years old. Both of them are learning to play musical instruments one is Drum and another is Piano. Lisa, 15 years old girl, starts playing Piano at 5 a. m. and her brother, Peter, practices on Drum till late night. I and my wife are working in Multinational companies and we have to work for entire day. But at the time of sleeping they disturb us and we could not get enough sleep which affects on our performance in work.
I visited to Mr. White’s, my neighbour, and politely explained him about my situation and requested him to ask his children to practice at the evening or around 7 in the morning, so that we will get sufficient rest. He started arguing and defied my proposal.
I would request you to kindly meet with my neighbour and solve this matter or otherwise complaint to the local council.
Hoping for the prompt and positive outcome on this matter.
Yours sincerely,
Patrick Smith.
