I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I received during a visit to your restaurant which is named Shabboda, on July 4 the which was my songs birthday. Firstly, I had booked a table for my family members for 12: 00 but it was 12: 30 o'clock before we were seated. Such a delay seems to me inexcusable. In spite of the fact that I had repeated our order to check that, the waitress had heard me correctly, but postponed for 20 minutes. Also she proceeded to bring us wrong starters. Such neglected service should not be tolerated in a restaurant which claims such excellent service staff. To make matters worse, the chocolate gateau we were served for dessert was handed on after an hour. The menu claimed though, that all deserts were freshly prepared but we waited waitress. Our family will not be celebrate birthday parties bin your restaurant again. However, as manager, you would be wise to guard against such appealing treatment of your customers in future. I am looking forward to your reply and resolution of this condition.
