In fact, I expected a better service from an agency of your reputation but it was not what I waited. Firstly, I had called a servant to wash my children's winter clothes in my home at 10 o'clock, but if was 2 p. m before he came. Such a delay seems to me inexcusable. Then, in spite of the fact that I had repeated my sentences about that to divide clothes into types and then to wash that the Wasserman had heard me correctly, he washed all my children's colorful clothes washed together. To make matters worse implanted all types of clothes over the others. I will not be calling your agency next time. However as manager you would be wise to guard agains such appealing treatment of your customers in future. I am looking forward to your reply and the resolution of this matter.
