Dear Sir, I have shifted into your apartment located at North Road in Karnal as tenent on last Sunday. I am writing this letter to draw your immediate attention to two serious problems. Firstly, the heating system is not working properly due to this I had to use and additional heater to protect ourselves from sever winter. Secondly the kitchen sink is having leakage issue at the bottom because of that the the floor gets wet and slippery during washing the utensils in the wash basin. At the time of agreement, the hassle free accommodation was promised, however this is not happened so far. I insist both the problems must be addressed by you as early as possible and depute the workers to restore the faulty facilities. I am extremely disappointed and disheartened owing to these issues. If the problem still persists, then I have to demand the refund of the security deposits along with one month advance rent that I paid you at the time of signing the agreement and shift to other accommodation.
