I am writing to complain about a new cell phone that I purchased from your store at Bristol street on February 16th, 2021. In fact, no sooner had I used it for a couple of days than it started over-heating. Moreover, the battery did not hold up long and I think the charging port was also damaged.
As a manner of fact, I called your After-sales Service Department and I was then asked to bring the item back for the Maintenance Unit, promising the matter would be settled in no more than 48 hours. Its been more than a week now ever since I went to them and still no solutions looks ahead, not even an explanation to this delay. I have been cut off from my friends and family contacts and can't help it anymore.
For this reason, I am afraid I have to say that I am not ready to wait any longer. Your immediate intervention would be highly appreciated. You are kindly requested to give your instructions that I should be refunded at once.
