Dear Mr. Iyer, I am writing this letter to inform you about the issues that I am facing at the company’s provided accommodation. I, Hemant Gala, working in Finance Department, have joined the organization in last week only. I was allotted the staying option in the company’s township in the officer's block which is having attached kitchen with a fully furnished room along with a centralized cooling system. I am facing multiple issues since the time of allotment of house. Firstly, the cooling system is not working and staying in such scorching summer is completely unbearable. Secondly, there was tripping of electricity yesterday which caused a complete blackout throughout the night. Further, pipes in the restroom and kitchen are continuously leaking. This has caused me lots of hardship in the last couple of days. I am requesting you to change my block at the earliest and ensure that there are is no problem or any issues in that another apartment.
