I am writing this letter to express my utter dissatisfaction with the services provided by Hotel "Moon Star" during our vacations in Canada booked by your company. I reserved a one week Toronto tour by your travelling agency last Sunday. and as per the itinerary, our stay was confirmed for deluxe accommodation with including all meals along with complimentary pickup and drop.
However, the holidays started with troubles. Firstly, to my frustration, there was no transportation facility to pick up at the airport. Secondly, I was charged extra for all the foodstuff provided at the hotel. Thirdly, the allocated room was a standard category with hardly any luxury as promised during the agreement.
The pathetic experience is very disheartening and disappointing. I would strongly recommend you that being such a reputed travel agent you should clarify all the services, facilities and charges with your network Hotels so that your customers could be benefited with optimum services. Moreover, I firmly assert adequate compensation for the extra expenses I incurred in Canada and all the bills are enclosed for your reference.
