Dear sir, I writing this letter concern regarding holiday package which I had took from your company. My name is Nikunj mandaliya. I booked your hotel for holiday destination of Africa as per your travel agent suggest me from 11th oct to 17th oct. this package including sight seeing and break fast and other recreational activity including with return air ticket. I’m extremely unhappy what hotel service you offers to us. hotel staff is non co operative and the hotel room is not delux room as per booking time is confirmed. tour guide skiped some of the places which is remarkable beautiful. Never the less hotel authority provide us food which is lessen quality with mess bedroom services. I tend to belive that reputation of the hotel depend upon the quality of service and commitment towards long lasting customer. Please took prompt action in this action. Your faikthfully.
