Dear Mr. Sharma, I am writing this letter to about a complaint Television set. Last week, I was visited your store and ordered the tv 25 August 2019. The store is sonny centre in jalandhar. The television is brand sonny black colour 32". Today I got a television. Suddenly, today I opened the box when I saw the tv left side below scratches. Moreover, the sound quality also not well. Furthermore, the volume button also not working. Everytime we are use a remote for volume and change the chanel. Overall, I am totally disappointed about it. I want to replace it as soon as possible please or if can't then return my money. I give aa full payment by cheque. I am regular customer your store so please solve this issue.
