Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my concern about the hair trimmer, which I bought online from your store about a week ago. The equipment is causing trouble only after the first use. The charger of the appliance got malfunctioned which was noticed as I tried to trim my beard for the second time. At first, I thought that it was my error like I had not charged it properly. However, it gave the same response even on the subsequent attempt. Naturally, I called the help centre and provided all the required details to get the machine replaced. Consequently, the support staff allotted me a complaint number and asked me to wait for a week. Now, it has almost been a month and no representative is conferring the correct status on my concern. I hope you can settle this matter by exchanging the said item as part a part of your warranty claim policy. It would be much better if I get my money refund because the company’s service has made me disappointed. I expect to hear from you very soon. Yours faithfully, Chris
