Dear Sir. I wish to complain about the bag what I purchased it on Monday in your Mall. I am complaining due to the fact that it is inferior. To resolve this problem I would like to supersede this item. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted with John who is your secretary in tenth of June at your company and told me that nothing could be done about my issue. I believe that is response is unfair owing to the fact that you said to me the bag what I bought last week was very healthily. However in fact it is not that what you said. I would like to written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my grievance. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this conundrum. If I do not hear from you within 3 days I will file complains with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.
