You have recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter. -say where you think you left the papers. -explain why they are important. -Tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to request you to please take care of the documents which I left in your hotel. I have attended the meeting at your hotel on 22nd January 2020 at 4 pm and while leaving the hotel, I forgot my file at reception containing some important papers. I hope you will consider my request. Let me explain to you my situation. The conference held at your hotel was fantastic and all the arrangements were done properly. While attending the session I took the feedback from the people attending the meeting and all their feedback forms were kept in a file. I received a message from reception saying that I have got a call and so in that, I think left the file on reception. As they are the feedback forms they are really important for me they need to be submitted to my companies management in order to understand the requirements and things we need to improve on. Would you kindly take that important documents under your observation? As I will personally visit your hotel by tomorrow evening and will take the handover from you. Thank you for your co-operation. Yours Sincerely, Rob
