I am writing to complain regarding my home electricity bill which is beyond my expectations. I am Tina, living in park avenue and have been using electricity provided by your company for two years.
I received a bill on 1st May for the duration of one month. As per the bill description, It states that a total of 1000 units was consumed in the previous month which cost me 20000 rupees. I am surprised by this figure because it is not accurate as per the current single unit rate.
Moreover, I would like to add here that for the last fifteen days I was out of town and, hence, at my place the use of electricity was totally shut. Because of that, I could not understand how this large amount has occurred.
Could you please check the mistake from your systems and help me to resolve this issue. Please reconsider my case and give me the correct bill as soon as possible.
