I am writing to you regarding a samsung cleaner that I bought at your department store in chilonzor street, on the 5th of December. The Vacuum cleaner seemed to work fin in the shop. However, upon returning home, it became clear that the power button was not functioning properly. In addition to this, there was a noise while it was plugging in. I therefore returned to the shop the following day, on the 6th of December, and told to the company's representative about the issue. I left the product with the assistant and they assured me that they would look into the problem with a view to repairing it and get back to me a few days later. However, it was now been one week and while I contacted to the shop again, they said that the tool had still been fixed and they did not know how long it would be. As I am sure, you will comprehend, it is not acceptable to be waiting for a such long time to be repaired. I would therefore like to request that I would be given a full refund should I not received my item by the end of the weekI look forward to hearing from you
