Dear Sir / Madam, This letter is written to enquire about an ordered product unable to get delivered yet. I have ordered a mobile phone Redmi note 6 dated 21/11/20 and it was expected to deliver on 24/11/20, but it's been 7 days and the mentioned purchase has not been delivered to date. It's disappointing for me as I needed it soon because I lost my previous one accidentally. I ordered it from your website especially trusting on your delivery criteria which is always on time. I would like to know the reason behind this delay in delivering. Lastly, Being a regular customer of your company, I would like to wait 2 days maximum for my purchase otherwise, I have to cancel it. I will contact my bank to reverse the credit card payment if I do not hear back from you in regards to this within a day.
