Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to bring your notice toward the problem encountered by me nowadays with my office computer. My computer is troubling me for a month now. The main issue with this is its low RAM which hangs it infinite time whenever any heavy document is prepared on it. So this is now hampering not only my work speed but also, affecting my efficiency. My entire work involves work on MS Office like preparation of Annual product review documents and qualification documents with graphs, calculation, and heavy data files. It generally requires more RAM and due to low RAM, it hangs and hinders my works. I have to restart my computer repeatedly to restore files. This has delayed my works and I am unable to complete my reports on time. Lastly, this problem has decreased my productivity. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if you would take the proper step to eradicate my problem by ordering its update or replacement by IT cell. Yours Sincerely, John hawkin
