Dear sir, I am sweety patel, I live in gandhinagar sec 27. I am writing this letter regarding the book which I ordered last month and I have not received the book. The title of the book is ''Indian poetry'' written by Edwin arnold. I placed the order online and also paid the price through credit card. my order conformation number is 11255. I was promised that I would get the book with in 15 days by post. However, I have not received the book even after 25 days of the order. I was ordered this book because I want to gift this book to may sister's 25 birthday. After 5 days my sister birthday. So, book sent me under 3 days.
