Dear Sirs, I would like to express my concern about the camera that I have bought at Duty free shop in Bangkok Airport. On 24th April, I purchased a Sony digital camera from the Duty free shop in Bangkok Airport. On that day, I am on my way from Brisbane to London. The camera cost $599 and I paid for it through Visa credit card. After I reached to my home in London, I found that the box contained no battery and the charger. I am now in London and I am not returning to Bangkok, I need to get the camera battery and charger in London.
