Dear Sir, I am Alex Carter, one of your college student from the arts department. I am writing this letter to request you to issue a new ID card for me. I have lost my student identification card last week. I attended a musical festival which was held on the Queens Cruise. While on the way back to my home i realized that i have dropped my ID card on the cruise. I rushed back to that place and searched the whole area and could not find it. It has been difficult for me to fully utilize the various campus services without the ID card. As the term exams are starting in the next month, i need to spent my time in the library preparing for the exams and this seems difficult without the card.
