Dear Mr. Manager, I am John Smith, a traveler of your bus service in the last weekend. The purpose of writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regards of the service I have receieved from your company. The situation was that I had lost my wallet during the journey from Alberta to Manitoba. At the moment when I realized I forgot, I have contacted to your bus service department and gave all the information regards of my personal wallet. That is brown color, rectangular shape and 3 credit cards. However, the strange thing is the customer service representative. He initially cooperate but since it has been more than a week I have contacted him yesterday. Thus, he told me that it was my responsibility and refused to take the duty charge. Apart from this, he threaten me also for not to call again. As a manager, I would tell you that this kind of behavior is not accepted. You must take serious steps against of him. If you require his name, let me know I have it and transfer it to you. It is very shameful situation for the well reputed organization just of yours. Looking for a strict action.
