Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to draw your attention to a recent incident where I lost my Silver 13" MacBook Pro 2020 on Orient Express YUF765 while traveling from Lyon to Geneva last Friday, March 2, 2021 at 8: 15 p. m. I was in seat number 63, working on my laptop which I had placed on the tray table, when I received a call and decided to go to the bathroom to take it so as to not disturb the other passengers around. Upon my return, I realized that the laptop was nowhere in sight. I believe that it may have been stolen by one of the staff members, as the only other people in my cabin at the time was a family of four with toddlers, who were all asleep throughout the journey. I would really appreciate it if you could look into the matter urgently and locate my laptop. It has the first few chapters of my thesis stored on it, along with all of my research materials, and it is imperative that I find it. I believe that the in-train surveillance cameras might give you some idea as to how it got stolen. I'm attaching a copy of my ticket and ID to this email; please let me know if you require any additional information. My contact number is +1 514 368 99 97. I look forward to hearing back from you. Yours faithfully, Rosie Levinson
