I am writing this letter to inform you that I have lost my bag during my stay at Lilo Hotel and I realised so, when I reached back home. I checked-in on 13th November and checked-out on 15th November. During my 2 days of stay, I stayed in Room No. 405 and the reservation was made against my name, John Smith.
The bag is a grey coloured cabin bag with a small crack on the back side. It has my college documents inside which are quite important for my college admission with couple of clothes. Education degrees are quite necessary for me as I have to submit this to get admission for my Post Graduation.
I must have left the bag in the waiting lounge, I had couple of heavy bags with me and I must have kept my bag on the sofa. I would like to request if you could send my bag back to me. I am currently residing at Flat 4, Pekinsen Street, Toronto. You can send the postage under freight to pay category.
