Actually, when I was looking for an affordable suite, hence, I found it in your website, consequently I booked it for a specific period that we have decided for staying, followed by booking, I complete the form in order to pay charge room by my credit card, on the contrary, when we arrived, unfortunately, I realized the cost is withdrawn and it is more than the price I was booked before, therefore I ought to pay and I could not anything to do, regarding my booking that is registered in your database by its number #4545, I would like to repay that extra money payment, due to, our setting was booked by the price that was written in your booking platform.
