Dear Brothers and Sisters, I am your new neighbour, Vinay Tiwari. I have just moved in last week in to this new house in your neighbourhood. So, we are feeling blessed to own a house which we have been planning for so long. Finally, with a lot of joy and happiness we are planning to hold a celebratory party during the upcoming weekend. Though, we are worried a lot about the noise, nusance and disturbance might be the part of the party, but we will be doing our best to avoid such things. We have planned the party clothing to be anything of your choice, but funnier attire the better (just for the laugh and keep the excitement alive). I will be obliged to request you all to be the part of this party and witness our lifetime achievement.
